Congratulations to Kate Kirsch, of Clarence, NY, and Dressed In Roses CH(Dressed Up X QVM Jocelyn Rose GCH), the 2024 NYSMHS Futurity Champion. This horse should not only have a “CH” after his name but also a “SFH” Super Futurity Horse. At the 2024 NY Morgan Regional Show, Dressed in Roses won In Hand, Under Saddle and Driving!  

Ledyard Valentino (Cherrydale Casanova X CBMF Immortal Belle), was the Reserve Champion.  Valentino was nominated by William Haines, Ledyard Farms, LLC, in King Ferry, NY.

We look forward to seeing all the 2021 weanlings in the Alumni classes. All Futurity graduates are eligible to participate in the Alumni classes, held at the NY Morgan Regional each Fall. Prize money is awarded in the Alumni classes, English Pleasure, Western Pleasure, Classic Pleasure, Driving, Hunter Pleasure, and Dressage. Participating in the Alumni classes will qualify for Championship classes in the respective divisions.

Foals are here or on their way. Get those nominations in before the busy show season begins. Foals do not need to have names, or be registered, yet. They don’t even have to be born! Remember to renominate the yearling, two, and three year olds. If they have been nominated through their three year old year, please send me the registered names and numbers.
